Welcome to the MISFISHIE-compliant histology database of gastric and intestinal tissues of Washington University. The primary focus is on murine samples.
It is the intent of this database to provide a publicly available wealth of gastroenterological data that is in accord with the newly-recognized standard for recording and reporting histology, developed by the Stem Cell Genome Annotation Project.
Entries go through a curation process by pathologists, Jason C. Mills, M.D., Ph.D. and Thaddeus S. Stappenbeck, M.D., Ph.D.
